Arrive ten minutes before your appointment and relax in the quiet and comfortable waiting room. Dr. Ken will come to greet you in the waiting room when it is time for your appointment.

Insurance & Payment Information
Dr. Ken accepts some Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) insurance plans. Please confirm with your provider that chiropractic and/or acupuncture care is covered under your insurance plan.
Payment can be made in the form of debit and credit cards, check payments, liens for an accident and cash. We also accept Flex Spending cards.
Your health insurance provider may cover a certain number of chiropractic or acupuncture visits per year or may cover a percentage of your treatment costs. If you would like to be reimbursed for treatment, we will provide you the necessary forms to submit for reimbursement from your provider.
A 20% discount is offered to clients paying without insurance. All payment is due at the time of service.
